More of memories ...
It started off with a shopping trip to the Oriental Market (*) for Thai food ingredients. It finished with 10 people (Thai wives, farang husbands, and one mixed-parent child) (**) sitting around our dining table (***). Starting with the child at 5 O'clock and going clockwise are Lita, Mike, Kaw, Ta, Watcharee, Jon, Kig, Chan (face hidden), Pen and Dang.
(*) The windows of which support countless advertisements for all things Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai. Since it is, by far, the best oriental grocery store in Broward County a visit here is like a visit to a Shanghai, Saigon1 or Bangkok convenience store.
(**) One of the husbands (me) was behind the lens.
(***) Leaf extended to accommodate the overflow.
1 I date myself. Now it is Ho Chi Minh City.
For the next three days Watcharee and I are going to take care of Cindy's dog, Leo. As Watcharee has never owned a dog she was not familiar with what if any post-pooh actions were required of the leash holder.
"What would Jesus drive?"

January 26th and August 20th showed Stephani's building in improving stages of repair after Wilma kicked out most of its glass. Today, about a year after Wilma, some offices are still looking out into plywood.
Tomorrow Watcharee and I will return to Bangkok. Thank goD!

Saying goodbye to one car; hope to see two on Sunday.
On the way home.
